In March, my husband and I were featured in the San Diego Union Tribune newspaper. We went through a weightless journey over the last three years. The article shares how we used WW (weight watchers) to achieve our goals. Combined we lost over a 140 pounds. Together we found a new passion for food and being active. Losing the weight didn’t happen quickly nor was it easy. We had a complete lifestyle change. Slowly we introduced foods and activity into our lives, all for the better.
