Conditioners are essential to your hair they help hydrate while making your hair soft. Anytime you get your hair wet you should always use conditioner. If you’re worried about conditioner weighting your hair down making it flat then use a leave in conditioner. If you don’t use any conditioner at all your hair can become dry and brittle causing breakage.
